By subscribing to ITR and entering your business profile information, you are opting into the ITR subscriber database. Your detailed profile information will allow ITR to offer you more relevant news, information, rewards, incentives, or specials based on "who you are" and "what you sell."

Travel Relations LLC ("TR") publishes this Privacy Policy & Terms to inform you of our practices concerning the collection and use of information you provide us through this website. It also informs you of the practice in which we manage Partner Supplier, Media, and Destination travel advisor databases. This policy is not applicable to information gathered by other methods or controlled by other agreements.

WHAT IS InsiderTravelReport (ITR):

ITR not only delivers B2B travel news but it pushes the news to the top that meets your unique profile of who you are and what you specialize in. You'll find relevant news that meets your business needs toward the top of the newsletter and home page. The newsletter is sent in the morning during the work week.

WHY AM I GETTING THE ITR NEWSLETTER?

You are receiving the ITR newsletter because you: (1) directly subscribed on ITR.com, or (2) completed a taCONNECT / supplier profile form. Completing that form opts you into ITR and TR Marketing Services. The form does not contain separate opt-in or opt-out choices for individual TR services. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

TR collects travel advisor contact information in a variety of ways:

• When you register with TR on this website, subscribe to TR services through this website, use TR products or services via the website, or enter Internet-based Rewards, Promotions, Media or Sweepstakes sponsored or administered by TR and its Partners.
• TR also manages and updates Partner Supplier and Destination travel advisor databases. If your information is on their database, you had previously provided it to that party (for example at trade shows, training/rewards programs, webinars/seminars, trade advertising, selling their service, or working with their BDMs).
• Some of this contact data may be displayed for you to review and update on this website. That is an added-value service to expedite data collection. Once you update your contact data, we pass the updates to a Partner Supplier or Destination ONLY IF you ALREADY EXIST on that Supplier/Destination travel advisor database.

Every email sent by TR, ITR, taCONNECT, a supplier using the taCONNECT mail tools, or a partner through this network has an unsubscribe link in the footer. Use that link or write support@travelrelations.com.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you elect to provide us personal information, we use it primarily to deliver the service you requested. Completing a TR/client form also adds you to ITR and TR Marketing Services. TR may use personal information in the following ways:

• To send ITR news matched to your business profile.
• To send targeted email promotions on behalf of advertisers and industry partners.
• To combine information we have with information from business partners in order to deliver products and services that may be of professional interest.
• To send notification of TR's or our partners' products and services by email and/or postal mail.
• If you participate in a TR educational program or other time-sensitive program, to remind you of deadlines or additional information.
